What the service does

The Workplace Referral Service connects people affected by cancer, including carers, with HR and recruitment professionals for advice about cancer-related work issues. Support includes guidance on sharing a cancer diagnosis at work and requesting flexible arrangements. The service can also help with managing work expectations, returning to work, and job seeking, including reviewing a CV. It provides information on workplace rights, leave entitlements, and managing symptoms at work, as well as support with returning to work after treatment or caring responsibilities.
