How we work across Australia
Cancer Connect is a nationally consistent service delivered in partnership with Cancer Councils and support providers across Australia.
The service forms part of the Australian Cancer Nursing and Navigation Program to improve access to person-centered care support and navigation across the cancer sector.
We work alongside health professionals, community organisations and support services to help people affected by cancer access the right support at the right time.
