What the service does
Reclaim Life is an online group for people aged 25 to 45 who have had localised cancer (cancer that has not spread) and have finished treatment. The group helps people develop coping skills to manage concerns related to cancer during the early stages of life after treatment. Reclaim Life is delivered over 6 online sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The sessions are guided by 2 Cancer Council NSW counsellors. The service is available across Australia.
