What the service does
The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission helps protect people from unfair treatment and supports human rights in Victoria. The service provides information about discrimination, harassment (unwanted behaviour that upsets or harms someone), victimisation (being treated badly for speaking up), and human rights. People can get free information about their rights and options. The service can help people make a complaint and may help resolve concerns. It can also link people with other services for extra support. This service is available in Victoria. People who need an interpreter can contact the service on 1300 152 494.
