What the service does
Tenants Queensland helps people understand and protect their rights when renting a home. The service can provide free information, advice and support about tenancy issues, including rental bonds, repairs, rent increases, problems with a landlord or property manager and ending a tenancy. The service can also help people communicate with landlords or property managers, complete tenancy forms and prepare for tribunal hearings. People can also be referred to other useful services. Support is available across Queensland. Support may only be available for people who meet specific criteria.
