What the service does

Tenants' Advice Service helps people understand and protect their rights when renting a home. The service can provide free information, advice and support about tenancy issues, including lease terms, repairs, rental bonds, rent increases, ending a lease and being asked to leave a rental property. In some cases, the service may also provide advocacy or legal representation. People can also be referred to other useful services. Support is available across the Northern Territory. Support may only be available for people who meet specific criteria.
