What the service does
Transport to Treatment is a free service for people with cancer who can’t use Community Transport Services or have difficulties getting to treatment. Trained volunteer drivers take people to treatment appointments in Cancer Council NSW vehicles. This service is available in regional, rural and remote New South Wales. A referral from a health professional is required, and the service will assess eligibility.
