What the service does
Transport Subsidy Scheme supports people in the Northern Territory who have a permanent disability or mobility restriction that prevents them from using public transport. People must be assessed by a health professional as having a permanent or long-term disability (longer than six months). People can receive a discount of 50% of the total fare when using a taxi or minibus. An application is required, with a section completed by a medical professional.
