What the service does
The Tenants' Union of NSW helps people understand and protect their rights when renting a home. The service can provide free information, advice and advocacy about renting issues, including rental bonds, repairs, rent increases, problems with landlords or agents and being asked to leave a rental property. The service can also help people understand their options and connect with local tenancy advice and advocacy services in their area for ongoing support. Support is available across New South Wales. Support may only be available for people who meet specific criteria.
