What the service does
SANE supports people with ongoing or complex mental health issues and trauma. It also supports families, friends and carers. Services include a helpline, webchat, a personalised online recovery program and information resources. SANE can help people learn how to manage a crisis, support someone with complex needs and handle related problems. It can also direct people to other helpful services. Support is available across Australia.
