Support Groups Hobart

Cancer Council Tasmania

Emotional support Talking with others who have had cancer

What the service does

Support groups are for Tasmanians affected by cancer, including family members and carers. In‑person support groups are run at the three centres in Sandy Bay, Launceston and Devonport. These groups help people connect with others who have had similar experiences. The website lists all support groups on the “What’s on” page.
