What the service does

The South Australian Transport Subsidy Scheme (SATSS) assists people with severe, permanent impairments that limit their ability to use public transport independently. It is for permanent residents of South Australia. People who use a wheelchair can get 75% off taxi fares, up to $30 per trip. Others can get 50% off, up to $20 per trip. An application is required, and a medical professional must complete part of the application.
