What the service does

Rural Financial Counselling Service provides free support to farmers, fishers, foresters and small rural businesses who are facing financial challenges. Financial counsellors can help people understand their financial situation, explore their options, work with banks and other organisations they owe money to, access funding and financial assistance programs and plan for the future. The service can also help people prepare for business changes, planning for who will take over a business in the future, recovery after difficult events and long-term planning. Support is available across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
