What the service does
The Queensland Public Trustee helps people plan for future decisions. People can get help to make a Will and a Power of Attorney (legal document to choose someone to manage money). The service can manage estates after someone has died and help people manage money and financial affairs. The Queensland Public Trustee can also act as a trustee to manage money or property for another person. This service is available across Queensland.
