Legal support

What the service does

The Public Trustee helps people in Western Australia plan for future decisions. People can get help to make a Will and an Enduring Power of Attorney (legal document to choose someone to manage money). The service can help manage estates after someone has died and look after money or assets for people who cannot manage their own affairs. The Public Trustee can also act as a trustee to manage money or property for another person. This service is available across Western Australia.
