What the service does

The Public Trustee and Guardian helps people in the Australian Capital Territory plan for future decisions. People can get help to make a Will and a Power of Attorney (legal document to choose someone to make decisions). The Public Trustee and Guardian can also act as a trustee to manage money or property for another person.
