What the service does

The NSW Trustee and Guardian helps people in New South Wales plan for future decisions. People can get help to make a Will and a Power of Attorney (legal document to choose someone to manage money). People can also get help with an Enduring Guardian (legal document to choose someone to make health and lifestyle decisions). NSW Trustee and Guardian can act as an attorney or executor to manage money and property after someone has died. The website has a tool to help find a local office.
