Melanoma Support Groups

Melanoma Patients Australia

Emotional support Talking with others who have had cancer

What the service does

Melanoma Patients Australia offers support groups for people affected by melanoma. Monthly in-person groups are held across Australia and are led by trained volunteers with lived experience. Monthly online groups include the National Melanoma Meet Up, Mucosal Melanoma Support Group, and a group for people in regional and remote areas. A phone support group for people with metastatic melanoma runs twice a month and is co-facilitated by health professionals. Private Facebook groups are also available for people and carers to connect, share stories, and support each other.
