What the service does
Lung Foundation Australia supports people affected by lung cancer and lung disease. Telehealth support is available from specialist lung cancer nurses, respiratory nurses and social workers. The service also provides information, education, care navigation and peer support programs, connecting people with others with similar experiences. The national telehealth service connects people with experienced clinicians. Support is available from before diagnosis, through treatment, after treatment and palliative care. Support is available no matter where people live in Australia.
