What the service does

Insurance Law Service provides free legal advice about insurance. It helps people understand their rights and deal with insurance claims. The service can help with issues like life insurance, income protection, travel insurance and funeral insurance. It gives advice, helps resolve problems and supports people to access payments. It does not provide advice on some types of insurance, including health insurance. The service is available across Australia.
