What the service does

Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation supports people diagnosed with and undergoing active treatment for breast cancer. Some services are also available to family members. The service offers practical help, such as lawn mowing and house cleaning. It also provides transport to medical appointments, especially for people who live far from clinics. Other services include headwear, wellbeing programs and financial help to cover a breast prosthesis (an artificial breast worn after surgery). This service is available in the Hunter region in New South Wales.
