Legal support

What the service does

Housing Law helps people with problems related to public and community housing. The service can provide free legal information, advice and support about issues such as applying for housing, repairs, housing transfers, rent arrears, housing debts and being asked to leave housing. In some cases, the service may also help people challenge housing decisions or provide legal representation. People can also be referred to other useful services. Support is available in the Australian Capital Territory. Support may only be available for people who meet specific criteria.
