What the service does
The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office helps people raise concerns about health, mental health and disability services. Complaints can be made by people who receive these services in Western Australia. Complaints can also be made by family members or carers. The service looks into complaints and helps resolve issues, often by working with the service provider.
