What the service does
The Health and Community Services Complaints Commission helps people raise concerns about health care. Complaints can be made by people who receive health, disability or aged care services. Complaints can also be made by family members or carers. The Commission looks into complaints and helps resolve issues. This service is available in the Northern Territory.
