What the service does
The Financial Services Program supports people with cancer in South Australia who are experiencing money stress because of their cancer. Support is provided as a once‑off grant of up to $350, available every two years. The payment is made directly to help with specific household bills or ambulance cover. Funding is not provided as cash and cannot be used for cancer treatment costs, accommodation, insurance, licence renewals or medical equipment. Support is available for people experiencing financial hardship. Eligibility is assessed by the service.
