Cancer counselling Emotional support

What the service does

The Counselling Program supports people affected by cancer, including family members and carers of all ages, from children to adults. Counselling can help people manage emotions and talk through changes in family life. A referral is needed and can be made by calling 13 11 20 or contacting a local Cancer Support Coordinator. People need to complete an initial assessment, and some eligibility criteria apply. Counselling is also available by phone or online so people across Western Australia can use this service.
