What the service does

BreastScreen Tasmania offers free breast screening mammograms in Tasmania. Women aged 50–74 are invited to have a free breast screen every 2 years. Women aged 40–49 and women over 74 can also attend. Women need to book an appointment before attending. Screening is available at 3 locations in Hobart, Rosny Park and Launceston. A mobile unit visits rural and remote locations across the state.
