What the service does
The ACT Human Rights Commission helps people raise concerns about health care services. Complaints can be made by people who receive health care in the Australian Capital Territory. Complaints can also be made by family members or carers. The Health Services Commissioner looks into complaints and helps resolve issues, often by working with the health service or provider.
