What the service does

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is a free and independent service that helps people resolve complaints about financial businesses. This includes banks, insurance companies, superannuation funds, lenders and financial advisers. AFCA helps consumers and small businesses when they cannot resolve a complaint directly with their financial provider. AFCA may help both sides reach an agreement or make a decision about the complaint. The service is available across Australia.
