What the service does

The Access Mental Health phoneline is a telephone service for people in Tasmania who need mental health support. It provides advice, assessment and connects people to local services. Trained mental health clinicians answer the phone and can help people, families and carers. The service can be used if someone is in distress or if there are concerns about their safety or wellbeing. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Tasmania.
